These Terms of Use govern access to Open Paper Call. By using the website, you agree to use it responsibly and to verify important publication information with the official source.

1. Discovery service only

Open Paper Call is an information-discovery tool. It does not submit manuscripts, guarantee publication, verify manuscript quality, guarantee indexing, recommend acceptance, or act on behalf of a publisher or journal.

2. Verify before submitting

Calls for papers can change. Deadlines may be extended, calls may close early, submission instructions may change, and journal status may change. Users must verify the current information on the official publisher or journal page before acting on a Open Paper Call record.

3. Journal metrics and indexing

If journal indexing or metric information is displayed, it is informational and tied to the stated source, reference period, and update date. A historical quartile does not guarantee a current quartile. A journal's inclusion in an index at one point in time does not guarantee continuing coverage.

4. No endorsement

The presence of a journal, publisher, call, advertisement, or sponsored placement on Open Paper Call does not constitute an endorsement of the journal, publisher, product, or service.

5. Sponsored content and advertising

Paid promotional placements will be identified clearly as advertising, sponsored content, or another unambiguous label. Sponsored status will not be presented as an editorial quality ranking.

6. Intellectual property

Open Paper Call's original interface, classifications, summaries, and original editorial content are protected by applicable law. Publisher names, journal names, publisher logos, and third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Acceptable use

You may use Open Paper Call for normal research-discovery purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass security measures, overload the site, scrape the service in a manner that harms availability, or falsely represent Open Paper Call as being affiliated with a publisher.

8. Availability and accuracy

We aim to provide useful and timely information but do not warrant that every record is complete, current, error-free, or available at all times.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated as the service, advertising configuration, journal-data features, and legal requirements change.
